Monthly Plan: This is a combination of 1X fee and a recurring fee for services. Our contract with you is month to month after you are set up. You will be paying for services as an ongoing fee. We only ask you to provide us with a 30 day notification of cancellation so if there is an issue we have ample time to make corrections as necessary.

Annual Plan: This is a combination of 1X set up fee and an annual fee. With the purchase of the annual fee you also get two months free. Please note: we do not offer refunds on our annual plan(s).

We've been working with Dr. Derek Baron and Practice Insiders Edge to drive patients into our practice specifically for our Spinal Decompression and Laser System with Facebook ads. We wish all of them would sign up but we know that is not the case.

Dr. Baron suggested we run a reactivation campaign specifically for the patients that were interested but did not take the next step. We sent out his messages through their GRRO Platform (sms + email + voice drop) to 413 people. We got an immediate response from many and when it was done we had 73 people reply. The GRRO Platform made it easy to communicate with them, especially from the text platform and book them in for consults.

If you want to reactivate your general patients or have a list of inactive leads I highly suggest you give their Patent Database Reactivation System a try.
